Horizon Satellite Services Private Limited, incorporated in Kolkata, India, having registered office presently at Mega Caliber Building, 5th Floor, Block - DH, Street- 315, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, India - 700156 and Head office at 71, Daryagunj, Delhi - 110002 to carry on the business of broadcasting, telecasting, relaying, transmitting or distributing in any manner in India or abroad and acquire rights for broadcasting, transmitting or distributing any live news, events, shows, highlights and other programs.
Presently, the Company is operating two News & Current Affairs Channels i.e. DA News Plus & HornBill TV in All India Languages.
Mr. Mohit Chaturvedi, Director, is the Compliance Officer of the Company under Clause 8 of The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017 amended dated 3rd March 2017.
